I haven't posted much lately because there is no significant change. I am in the 3rd week after the 3rd treatment. The 3rd week has been the best week as there is no nausea and no bone pain at all. I still have neuropathy (numbness) in both feet.--the soles and the toes. Getting ready for treatment number 4. Blood draw this afternoon to check the white cell count. Meet with the doctor tomorrow for a check-in and hopefully 4th treatment on Tuesday. Getting tired of being a shut-in but I know I should avoid contact with people for at least the first 2 weeks after treatment. I may go and watch the oldest grandkids do their winter guard routine this Saturday at PGHS. I think being in the gym with an N95 mask should be pretty safe for me. Looking forward to it.
Random music pops up. Dave Loggins (no relation to Kenny I believe) is a really good songwriter. He did have one hit on his own--Please come to Boston.
He has written songs that many others have recorded. One of my favorites is Pieces of April sung by Three Dog Night
I've got pieces of April, I keep them in a memory bouquet
I've got pieces of April, it's a morning in May
